POWERTEC BENCH + ACCESSORIES + WEIGHTS + MORE - RRP £1500 in Kilburn, North Yorkshire for sale
Hello I've got a complete home gym that I am selling due to me moving house and no longer having the space for it. This has given me some great use over the years and is still in great condition. There is a little wear on some of the stitching but as you can see from the pictures, everything is still in good condition and works perfectly. I'm listing the whole set of good at £750 ONO (which is half the retail price to buy all the things new). However, if you would like to buy individual parts please contact me. This item is very big and very heavy! I can dismantle the bench down to some of its constituent parts but it will still require a large car / van to transport. The following is included in the set (Greatbritainlisted won't let me include weblinks but you can see the items at fitness superstore which is where I got the RRP's from): 1) Powertec Workbench with Isolateral arms (RRP £599): This bench is great, as you can see from the photos it can go flat, decline, incline and full incline for shoulder press. Each arm moves independently so you can work out individual muscle groups. It uses olympic weight plates and can have up to 600lb put on it. Fully built it is 47"H x 76"L x 57"W. 2) Powertec Workbench Curl Machine Accessory (RRP £165) This is an arm curl accessory that fits into the powertec bench, it uses olympic plates and really lets you work out you arms, but for concentration curls and side curls 3) Powertec Workbench Dip Press Accessory (RRP £159) This is a dip accessory for the powertec bench. Allows you to do dips using olympic plates 4) Powerline Ab Crunch Board (RRP £89.99) This is a leveraged abdominal bench that lets you do crunches but with a weight plate attached for extra resistance. This has some fraying of the plastic around the cable but the cable is fully intact and the ab board is in good condition. I will also include a regular max fitness ab board that sells for £30 5) Body Power 125kg Tri-Grip Olympic Weight Plates (RRP £176.95) This is a set of olympic weights to use with the bench and the accessories. It includes 2x20kg, 2x15kg, 2x10kg, 4x5kg, 4x2.5kg and 4x1.25kg. They are tri-grip weights which makes them easier to pick up and more comfortable to. Makes a big difference when loading and unloading during a workout session 6) Body Power Olympic EZ Curl Bar (RRP £39.99) This is an olympic curl bar, great for curls and skull crushers. It uses the olympic weight plates. There are also two locking collars that go with this. 7) BBE boxing - punch man (RRP £189.99) This is a BBE boxing punch man. It comes with a pair of gloves also. This is in great condition and its currently has the base filled with water, but this will be emptied. It is 150cm x 164cm x 178cm and is adjustable so the torso part can raise up or down depending on your height 8) Body Power Cast Iron Plates and barbells (RRP £70) This is a set of barbells and locking collars with weights.
